We believe in the
power of community

Compass Collective gathers the doers, believers and optimists who are ready to find their own way to make Silicon Valley better for everyone. It was started as a nonprofit (2016-2023) but is now just a labor of love.

Compass Collective has a grassroots mindset, a high-touch approach and a genuine, long-held belief that we all have an opportunity to make every day better through service to our community.

We believe many people want to get involved and give back but aren’t quite sure how to do it.

There’s no obligation or expectation, just a few little seeds planted. It might not grow into anything or it might blossom into something beautiful. What matters most is that people learn there are easy, interesting and meaningful ways to get involved in our community and make a difference.​
